RTH060
The RTH060
pushes the performance boundaries with its wide bandwidth and
4GS/s. The differential-to-differential dual track and hold cascades
two track and hold circuits, TH1 and TH2. Both track and holds
in the RTH060 are fully functional up to 4GS/s and accepts input
signals up to 1.5Vpp. It has the option to independently clock
TH1 and TH2 as low as 100MHz, useful for sub-sampling applications.
