Plan - 401K
At each pay period, you may contribute up to 50% (15% for highly compensated employees who earned up to $110,000 per year or more in 2009) of your PRE-TAX earnings into the Plan. You are eligible to participate as of your date of hire. The absolute dollar limit that you can defer into the Plan is set each year by the IRS ($16,500 for 2010). You are eligible for the company match following 90 days of service.
