The OptiPro eSX 150 Twin is a computer numerical controlled 5 axis machine that is used to generate, grind, edge and prepare the glass for polishing. Spherical, asphere, plano, concave and convex surfaces can be fabricated to tight tolerances. Non-standard shapes such as prisms and windows may also be shaped prior to polishing. |

The Precitech's Namoform 200 is a two axis, linear motor, ultra-precision contouring machine. Through the use of diamond tools, the machine is capable of achieving optical quality surfaces in a wide range of non-ferrous metals, crystals and polymers. The machine can also be equipped with a high speed grinding attachment for direct grinding of small lens molds in non-diamond machinable materials such as tool steel, silicon carbide and ceramics. |

The C-2 SL centers, edges and bevel lenses from 10 to 200mm in diameter utilizing computer numerical control. Lenses are centered by a bell clamping system. |

With the use of the two Thermotron Environmental Test Chambers, OOSI can perform non-operational and operational tests on complex lens assemblies. Environmental Stress Screening is done on a regular basis. |
